1. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

All return shipping costs (including original delivery and return freight) are the responsibility of the customer.
Before approval, customers must provide clear photos of the item and its original packaging to confirm its condition.
2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible through our website or customer support channels.
We may request photos or videos to help assess the issue.
Where applicable, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are excluded from change of mind returns:

5. Refunds
